Does Vistar Models manufacture scale models?+
No. Vistar Models is a consultancy that helps clients clarify requirements, identify potentially suitable model makers and facilitate introductions. Manufacturing is undertaken by the maker you contract with.
Do you work across India?+
Our consultancy serves enquiries from across India. Maker availability, transport and installation need to be discussed for each location and requirement.
Is a match guaranteed?+
No. We help identify potentially suitable makers where relevant capabilities and availability exist. We cannot guarantee a match, quality, price, delivery or maker performance.
Are makers verified or approved?+
We do not claim independent manufacturer verification. Applications are reviewed for potential relevance; clients should conduct their own due diligence before appointing a maker.
What should I prepare before enquiring?+
Share intended use, drawings or references, category, approximate size, scale if known, finish expectations, working features, location, budget and required date. An early-stage brief is welcome too.
Who provides the quotation and contract?+
The maker provides manufacturing proposals and commercial terms. You and the maker agree scope, price, payments, production and delivery. Vistar can coordinate quotation discussions only where agreed.
What does the consultancy cost?+
Any consultancy fees and coordination scope are discussed and agreed before paid work begins. We do not publish a fixed fee because requirements vary.
Can I submit confidential drawings?+
Initially share only material you are authorised and comfortable to disclose. Contact us to discuss confidentiality arrangements before sending sensitive drawings. Do not upload restricted defence or personal data.
Does joining the network guarantee work?+
No. An application allows us to consider your capabilities for relevant requirements. It does not guarantee approval, introductions, leads, orders or revenue.
Are the images completed Vistar projects?+
No. Website model imagery is AI-generated and illustrative. It demonstrates categories we help source and is not a project portfolio or evidence of maker performance.
